All items are covered by our 14-day exchange items reach us within 14 days of receipt. Please note returned items must be unused and in all the original packaging with the tags intact in order to receive an exchange.
Please complete a returns form for an exchange in items. All returns are at the buyers costs and will not be refunded by Nunude unless the goods are faulty and also returned. If you need a form please contact email@example.com with your order number.
Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account.
PRE ORDERS - Non refundable or exchangeable
Management may offer a gift card with amount, but we cannot accept refunds as these are made according to pre - ordered quantities
Underwear/Swimwear is NON-RETURNABLE/ NON REFUNDABLE
Activewear is non refundable only exchangeable.
Please note: If underwear items are for any reason returned to us in error, items will only be resent back at buyer’s cost.
Any sales items are NON-REFUNDABLE only exchangeable.
This includes any items that are under our flash sales or above 20% sales code. Only exhangeable unless management approves otherwise.
Exchanges are only excepted on a different colour/size of the same item. If an alternative item is required, please return the original item with return form filling in appropriate information with your new requested item. If we find that items have not been returned to us in fully reasonable condition, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.Please be aware that return costs are at the customers expense and will not be covered by Nunude.
To return/exchange your item:
Items must be returned back to: Nunude Ltd, 26 Dunster Drive, London, NW9 8EJ in their original condition with the completed returns form enclosed (please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement form if this is lost.) If you are unable to return the original items to Nunude you will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
NB: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Your items WILL NOT qualify for a refund or return if:
- Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item
- Nunude tags have been removed or damaged
- You do not include a copy of your invoice in your order.
- You do not include your name and order number on the invoice.
Underwear/Swimwear/Activewear items are non-returnable and non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, Nunude will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
For faulty and incorrect items the value of Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class delivery postage will be refunded. We cannot cover the cost of 1st class postage costs on returns.
Nunude aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of receipt. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
